How does the enterprise pilot work?

A fixed-scope, time-boxed evaluation on your production paths — scoped estate, tamper-evident evidence exports, and security-review support. Pricing follows pilot outcomes; we scope it together before any production contract.

Are list prices final quotes?

List prices anchor planning conversations — in EUR for European buyers and in USD for US buyers. The USD list is set on its own, not converted at the day's exchange rate. Design-partner and early deals are often discounted — most near-term pipeline lands in the Growth–Enterprise bands after a pilot or design-partner phase.

What is a registered AI system?

A production AI system — an application, agent or workflow — that you record in the AI register and govern through Norcaster. Packages are priced on how many registered AI systems they include; each system's classification (for example high-risk under the EU AI Act) is recorded in the register.

What drives price beyond the tier?

The number of registered AI systems comes first; then hosting mode (self-hosted or hybrid data plane), SLA and support tier. Each package also includes request, deployment and retention allowances sized for its systems. Strategic adds dedicated support and custom policy work.

Is there still a free way to try Norcaster?

Yes. Builder (free) remains available for prototyping — wire a deployment, run policies, and inspect traces before moving to a paid European package or enterprise pilot.

How does Boundary relate to platform pricing?

Boundary is a capability inside the runtime control plane — prompt protection and contextual policy packs on supported paths. Boundary traffic counts toward the same workspace plan allowances as every other deployment and workflow.
